Holiday Clinics

Our Ready Set Sport Holiday Clinics are designed to keep kids active, social, and engaged during the school break through exciting multisport experiences. Each clinic combines a mix of structured skill sessions, team-based challenges, free play, and fun games to help children stay moving and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Holiday Clinics give children the chance to try new sports, build friendships, develop movement skills, and experience the joy of staying active without the pressure of school or competition.
We focus on inclusivity, participation, and physical literacy helping kids improve agility, balance, coordination, decision-making, and teamwork.
Whether attending for one day or all three, every child leaves feeling proud, energised, and more confident in their abilities.
Term Fundamental Programs

Our Fundamentals Program gives young children the essential building blocks they need for sport, play, and healthy physical development. Designed specifically for early childhood students, Kindy-Year 2, this program focuses on the core movement skills that form the foundation of physical literacy: running, jumping, hopping, balancing, throwing, catching, striking, and basic game play.
Through playful, age appropriate activities and multisport experiences, children develop coordination, confidence, body awareness, and a sense of achievement.
We believe the early years are the most important time to build positive relationships with movement. With the right guidance and a fun, supportive environment, children gain the skills and motivation that set them up for future success in school sport, community sport, and everyday life.
This program ensures that every child experiences small wins, feels supported, and begins building the confidence that turns early skills into long term physical activity habits.
Term Multisport Programs

Our Multisport Program for Years 3–6 is designed to expand children’s sporting knowledge, improve their physical skills, and challenge them to grow as active, capable young athletes.
Across the term, children experience a variety of sports and game styles that build strength, speed, agility, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
This program supports the development of physical literacy by giving children opportunities to refine fundamental movement skills while also gaining sport-specific abilities such as ball skills, movement patterns, spatial awareness, and game understanding.
The goal is to help each child feel competent and confident in a range of sports, preparing them for school sport, club pathways, and lifelong physical activity.
We provide a fun, encouraging environment where kids are supported to try new things, challenge themselves, and celebrate their progress.
